Our NEW 8-week class is designed specifically for adults who never had the opportunity to learn—or who struggled through dull lessons in the past. Join us this for 8 weeks of engaging classes where you’ll learn to play popular songs and even create your own music! If you are looking to experience FUN and connection as you bond with fellow learners in a small group, this is for you! Who will be in my group?
A group of like-minded adults only, 21+ who want to learn to play the piano in a soulful way. Leave your worries behind.
What is the setup like?
We have a classroom, and each student gets their own digital piano; we play in small groups.
Do I need a piano?
Eventually, yes, so you can play at home! We can give you some suggestions if you speak to me before the class starts.
Will alcohol be served?
No. But a featured sparking mocktail of the week will be included during class that will make you feel great. Tea and coffee will be served for our daytime classes.
What kind of songs will I be playing?
Instead of generic, cookie-cutter method books, you’ll learn through my specially designed curriculum that makes understanding music, reading notation, mastering chords, and developing proper technique accessible and engaging for the adult beginner.
You will have the core knowledge and practical skills in a clear, user friendly way, empowering you to play the music you enjoy right from the start.
What books do I need?
You will be receiving weekly curated lesson plans. Our purpose for these classes is to learn to play piano without robotic reading from a method book.
I am an advanced player and have learned the great composers.
If you are interested in learning intermediate classical music, we have private lessons for that. PlayNSip is an adult beginniner class that taps into your creativity in a social environment.
